De belangrijkste is het citaatrecht: je mag een foto of plaatje gebruiken om iets te bespreken, aan te kondigen of te bekritiseren. Ook mag je een foto bewerken tot een parodie.<br /> <br /> Je kunt ook gebruik maken van Creative Commons foto's. Die zijn vrij beschikbaar onder een paar duidelijke standaardvoorwaarden. <br /> <br /> Bij foto's moet je altijd rekening houden met het portretrecht.
